International Scientific Conference “Longevity Forward 2030: Evidence-Based Medicine for Healthy Ageing”

On 9 June 2026, the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences invites you to an international scientific conference dedicated to one of the most compelling topics in contemporary medicine – healthy longevity.

Motto: Lifespan and Healthspan: The Evidence-Based Formula for Longevity

What to expect? The conference will explore the latest advances in science and clinical practice, including the biology of cellular ageing and inflammation (inflammaging); prevention of neurodegenerative and cardiovascular diseases; lifestyle medicine strategies (nutrition, physical activity, psychosocial factors); the role of hormones, metabolism and the microbiome in longevity; the application of AI and digital technologies in clinical settings, precision and preventive medicine; innovative solutions for better quality of healthy ageing, and more.

Speakers: renowned experts from Denmark, the USA, Latvia, the United Kingdom, Israel, and Lithuania representing universities, clinics, and international longevity organisations. The speakers will share the latest scientific evidence and practical insights on how to transition from reactive to proactive healthcare.

The conference will bring together physicians, scientists, health innovators, and policymakers to discuss the medicine of the future – one focused not only on treating diseases, but also on extending the healthspan.
