For Non-Students and Graduates

If you wish to retake final exams:

• Exam retakes are subject to a fee and may be taken after at least one year has passed after taking the exam.
• Complete the application using the application form and submit your application in person at the Dean’s Office.
• Bring your ID document.

If you fail the final exam, you must first resume your studies.

You may resume your studies if you have suspended your studies or have been expelled from the university and/or removed from the student list:

• Complete the application using the application form.
• You need to submit the application in person at the Dean’s Office.
• Bring your ID document.

A student studying at LSMU or another Lithuanian higher education institution may change their study programme to a study programme in the same group of study fields at the same or another higher education institution without changing the type of the study programme (university or higher education college studies) in accordance with the established procedure. The possibility is subject to the availability of vacant positions in the study programme sought, not exceeding the University’s number of positions for students in the respective study programme for the relevant year:

If you wish to change your study programme, you should apply to the dean of the faculty of the study programme of your interest at no later than within 10 working days before the start of the new academic semester.

To change your study programme:

• Complete the application using the application form and submit your application in person at the Dean’s Office in charge of the study programme.
• Bring your ID document.
• Bring the documents you need to get credit for your previous learning outcomes.

• Duplicate diploma price: 30 EUR
• Duplicate diploma supplement price: 40 EUR
• Complete the application using the application form: Diploma Duplicate / Duplicate Diploma Supplement.
• You must submit your application in person to the Student Information (Services) Department of the LSMU Study Centre. For further information please contact jurgita.dailidaviciene@lsmu.lt.
• Bring your ID document when arriving to collect the duplicate.

• You will only be able to collect your documents in person at the University.

• Non-standard certificate, where the certificate is based on a form or request of the person (natural person) (in Lithuanian).  Price: 10 EUR.
• Non-standard certificate, where the certificate is based on a form or request of the person (natural person) (in English). Price: 25 EUR.
• Transcript of studies (in Lithuanian) for the courses taken and grades obtained (for non-students, if the studies have been interrupted for more than 30 calendar days).  Price: 20 EUR.
• Transcript of studies (in English) for the courses taken and grades obtained (for non-students, if the studies have been interrupted for more than 30 calendar days). Price: 30 EUR.
• Certificate confirming the authenticity of the diploma (indicating the period of study, place of studies, programme studied, duration of the programme, qualification degree awarded and the date of the award, and the diploma issued) (in Lithuanian).  Price: 10 EUR.
• Certificate confirming the authenticity of the diploma (indicating the period of study, place of studies, programme studied, duration of the programme, qualification degree awarded and the date of the award, and the diploma issued) (in English). Price: 15 EUR.

These certificates can be ordered in person at the LSMU Study Centre or by email infos@lsmu.lt.

Certificates are issued within 1 to 2 weeks of the request. Present the ID document and payment receipt/slip at the time of collection.

You may request the following certificates:

• certificate of the studies duration and funding;
• certificate of the dormitory fees paid (for the student dormitory residents);
• certificate of the tuition fees and other study-related fees paid, intended for the State Tax Inspectorate (for those who have paid any fees);
• certificate of the salary and other benefits accrued and paid (respective contracts shall be in place).

You can request a study transcript, which is a transcript of your grades. This is not a proof of your current studies!

Our alumni are an important part of the LSMU community, contributing considerably to its further development and growth. Your Alma Mater welcomes all graduates that have scattered across the globe to join the alumni community to share and develop new ideas and the sense of belonging. 

If you are thinking about expanding your knowledge and skills, you can study at LSMU as an auditor student. This mode of attendance is also available for individual subjects (modules) provided that they account for no more than 30% of the study programme.

The scope and duration of auditor studies are determined by agreement in view of the descriptions of additional study programmes and selected subjects (modules).

The application can be submitted to the dean of the respective faculty at any time during the academic year:
