Through engaging lectures, hands-on workshops, and collaborative projects, participants will experience an enriching, fast-paced learning environment.

Coming to Kaunas was both an adventure and a mystery -I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised and truly grateful for everything I experienced. Kaunas and its surrounding cities are wonderful, filled with iconic landmarks and amazing places to explore. The transportation system was excellent, and the weather was pleasant. The people are incredibly kind and helpful. The hospital boasts great facilities and advanced equipment. I could feel the passion that everyone has for their work, and I was captivated by the simplicity and warmth of the community.

The Summer School in Kaunas was an excellent opportunity to experience the medical program and work at Kaunas Klinikos and Lithuanian culture and history. One of my highlights was visiting the Department of Ophthalmology and observing various surgeries. After an engaging day at the department, we had the chance to learn more about Lithuania. Overall, I would highly recommend the Summer School to anyone interested in exploring different medical specialities and experiencing life in Lithuania.
