IF YOU WISH TO RETAKE YOUR FINAL EXAMS

  • Exam retakes are subject to a fee and may be taken after at least one year has passed after taking the exam.
  • Complete the application using the Application Form and submit your application in person at the Dean’s Office.
  • Bring your ID document.

If you fail the final exam, you must first resume your studies.

IF YOU WISH TO OBTAIN A DUPLICATE DIPLOMA AND/OR ITS SUPPLEMENT

  • Duplicate diploma price: 30 EUR
  • Duplicate diploma supplement price: 40 EUR
  • Complete the application using the application form: Diploma Duplicate / Duplicate Diploma Supplement.
  • You have to submit your application in person to the Student Information (Services) Unit of the LSMU Study Centre. For further information please contact Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jurgita Dailidavičienė.
  • Bring your ID document.
  • You will be asked to provide information on the year of issue and the number of the diploma/diploma supplement. Please bring copies if available.
  • Bring a receipt/payment slip for the payment made to the following account: Payment code: P6175 Account No. (IBAN) AB SEB Bankas LT097044060002905377.
  • You will only be able to collect your documents in person at the Student Information (Services) Unit.

IF YOU WISH TO RESUME YOUR STUDIES AT LSMU

You may resume your studies if you have suspended or have been expelled from the university and/or removed from the student list:

  • Complete the application form using the application form.
  • You need to submit the application in person at the Dean’s Office.
  • Bring your ID document.

IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE YOUR STUDY PROGRAMME TO A STUDY PROGRAMME TAUGHT AT LSMU

  • Complete the application using the application form and submit your application in person at the Dean’s Office in charge of the study programme.
  • Bring your ID document.
  • Bring the documents you need to get credit for your previous learning outcomes.

IF YOU WISH TO BECOME A NON-DEGREE LEARNER

  • You may study the subjects taught at the University by paying the respective fee:
  • Complete the application using the application form and submit your application in person at the Dean’s Office in charge of the study programme.
  • Decide on the study programme courses that you wish to study. Bring your ID document

CERTIFICATES ISSUED AT THE LSMU STUDENT INFORMATION (SERVICES) UNIT:

  • Non-standard certificate, where the certificate is based on a form or request of the person (natural person) (in Lithuanian).  Price: 10 EUR
  • Non-standard certificate, where the certificate is based on a form or request of the person (natural person) (in English). Price: 25 EUR
  • Transcript of studies (in Lithuanian) for the courses taken and grades obtained (for non-students, if the studies have been interrupted for more than 30 calendar days).  Price: 20 EUR
  • Transcript of studies (in English) for the courses taken and grades obtained (for non-students, if the studies have been interrupted for more than 30 calendar days). Price: 30 EUR
  • Certificate confirming the authenticity of the diploma (indicating the period of study, place of studies, programme studied, duration of the programme, qualification degree awarded and the date of the award, and the diploma issued) (in Lithuanian).  Price: 10 EUR
  • Certificate confirming the authenticity of the diploma (indicating the period of study, place of studies, programme studied, duration of the programme, qualification degree awarded and the date of the award, and the diploma issued) (in English). Price: 15 EUR

These certificates can be ordered in person at the LSMU Study Centre or by emailing info@lsmu.lt

Certificates are prepared within 1-2 weeks of the request.

Present the ID document and payment receipt/slip at the time of collection.

HOW DO I GET A CERTIFICATE OR A STUDY CERTIFICATE OR TRANSCRIPT?

You may request the following certificates:

  • certificate of the studies, duration and funding;
  • certificate of the dormitory fees paid (for the student dormitory residents);
  • certificate of the tuition fees and other study-related fees paid, intended for the State Tax Inspectorate (for those who have paid any fees);
  • certificate of the salary and other benefits accrued and paid (respective contracts shall be in place).

You can request a study transcript, which is a transcript of your grades. This is not proof of your current studies!

  • Log in
  • Select “Submit a new application”.
  • Choose the study programme.
  • Specify the language in which the certificate is to be issued and the recipient of the certificate (provide clear and accurate data as it will be printed on the certificate) (please note that you do not need to explain the reason behind the request).
  • Click “Form”
  • “In preparation”: the application has not been submitted and you may make changes;
  • “Submitted”: the processing of the application has started;
  • “Rejected”: see the “Mediation section” for an explanation;
  • Resubmit your application once you have made the changes;
  • “Ready for collection”: the certificate/transcript of studies is ready.

When the status changes to “Ready for collection”:

  • The certificate will be issued at the Student Information (Services) Unit;
  • The transcript of studies will be issued at the Dean’s Office.
