The Human Resources Department guarantees the performance of the main functions of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences by properly forming the staffing policy and planning human resources in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, other legal acts and generally recognised legal principles.
The service, implementing the tasks assigned to it and fully improving the human resources management, aims for the greatest value for the University (education of fully educated, ethically responsible, creative and entrepreneurial personality).
