International Scientific Conference “Digital Bridges: Remote Healthcare and Self-Management for Chronic Conditions”

On 16 October 2026, the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU) will host the international scientific conference “Digital Bridges: Remote Healthcare and Self-Management for Chronic Conditions”. The conference will focus on remote healthcare, chronic disease self-management, and digital health literacy. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the latest research findings from the JARED (Joint Action on Respiratory Diseases) project, explore innovative digital health solutions, and discuss their role in strengthening the prevention, early diagnosis, and long-term management of chronic diseases. The second part of the conference will feature a poster session.

Participation in the conference is free of charge. Attendees may participate either in person or online, with the preferred mode of attendance indicated during registration. As the number of participants is limited, early registration is encouraged. Registration is open until 5 October 2026.
