Additional Intership

DATA FILLING INSTRUCTIONS

Students who wish to do additional practice must send a signed REQUEST and ATTENDANCE SCHEDULE to vitalija.skipskiene@lsmu.lt 14 days before the start of the planned internship. The attendance schedule is MANDATORY during studies and during the summer (sent with the request for additional practice). The application and the attendance schedule must be signed by the student, the department/clinic head and the internship supervisor.

After reviewing your APPLICATION and VISIT SCHEDULE, the Career Centre employee will send you an additional practice agreement to your e-mail and inform you about the next steps. Additional practice can be started when all parties sign the practice agreement.
